With a repertoire from Sousa marches to Hendrix tunes, Four on the Floor is west-central Minnesota’s most popular tuba-euphonium quartet, possibly because they are, to the best of our knowledge, the only one in the area. The group has been playing together in one form or another since 2014, and has elicited such raves as “Who are you?” “What are those things?” and “Do you have a permit?” Four on the Floor consists of Wes Flinn and Dale Lien on euphoniums and Mike Odello and C. J. Scribner on tubas.
