A Copper Trail Brew for the New Year!

Hopshake IPA

Tapping | Sat., Jan. 19th at 12pm
ABV: 6.7%, IBU: 88

The Hopshake IPA leaves nothing left to be desired! Up front you will get a nose of orange, grapefruit, and lemon. Immediately following the first sip is the ever so thick lactose sugar sweetness that we have all come to love in a good Milkshake IPA. The final zing you get zapped with is a smooth bitterness rounded out by subtle vanilla backnotes.

Tapping | Sat., Jan. 26th at Noon
ABV: 5.8%, IBU: 50A beer brewed with one malt and one hop! A pale ale malt that was malted right in Detroit Lakes, MN was used for this brew. It is a very sweet malt that brings a large depth of complexity. The hop chosen was a Simcoe hop. We chose it to provide a super refreshing undertone, while also adding a slight bitterness to the back end.

Jim Bunyan

Can Release | Thurs., Jan. 31st
ABV: 8%, IBU: 28While using locally sourced Organic Maple Syrup, and adding everything Minnesotan for a festive fall brew, please sit back while you enjoy flavors of molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup. This larger than life Imperial Brown Ale comes in at 8% and still finishes amazingly sweet. Cheers to Jim!
