Belgian Wit | 4.8% ABV, IBU 28

Dead Man’s Zest is a Belgian Wit with rich notes of sweet orange peel and coriander. Deliciously light, sweet, and hoppy. Arrggh!

Brown Ale | 5.7% ABV, 24 IBU
Nutty. No, not your Aunt Edna. No, not that squirrel that keeps coming back. This Nut Brown Ale is packed full of flavors. The depth of the chocolate malt pairs well with the deep red and brown hues that are put off by this brew. And yes, it is nutty. The hops add a slightly spicy backnote and impart some earthy tones as well. Enough to keep you warm in the winter months of Minnesota, but easy enough to keep you going all night next to the summer bonfire!

Irish Red Ale | 5.8% ABV, 20 IBU
Not your regular corned beef and cabbage…this brew features a toasty caramel aroma, and a reddish-copper hue. The sweet up front and smooth semi-dry finish makes this Irish Red highly complex. It offers smoky hints of fire roast, and an indulgence of smooth, bready, and caramel flavors. This is the local Alexandria favorite.

ESB-(Extra Special Bitter) On Nitro | 4.9% ABV | 40 IBU

London Calling is an old English style medium beer that is served on nitro. It is an ESB which is a style of pale ale that is the perfect blend of maltiness and hoppiness. The nitrogen gives this beer a bold and smooth body.

Barrel Aged Oatmeal Stout on NITRO | 9.5% ABV, 27 IBU
This barrel-aged stout on nitro is from a Panther Distillery 11-year aged bourbon barrel. It has been housing our Oat in a Boat for the past year to enrich those bourbon and oak flavors. We used an English malt to add some deep caramel undertones, along with pale chocolate malt for sweetness and debittered black malt to add that deep roasty flavor without much astringency.

Milk Chocolate Stout | 6.1% ABV, 45 IBU

The sun has set on this Minnesota specialty brew. We’ve all been there when the clock strikes twelve. Just a slight breeze. The vastness of the sky above. Stars as far as you can see. The MIDWEST MIDNIGHT is smooth with a slight sweetness. Berry and nectar poke through from some insanely awesome hops. Chocolate Coffee Stout | ABV 6.1%, IBU 46
