Frozen Reaction is a terrorism & espionage thriller set in Central Minnesota. The novel follows the local Sheriff after a devastating terror attack and the shadowy PMC that steps in to help. It is published through A15 Publishing, a small publisher that focuses on veteran authors and the stories they have to tell.

Spencer Jacobson, grew up in Alexandria and left home to attend the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. He’s currently serving as a Contracting Officer in the USAF.
